Mandan Art Association

The Mandan Art Association is proud to sponsor an exhbit for New Salem artist Mary Quintus at their gallery at 411 West Main Street, Mandan, ND.  The exhibit will run from October 1 through October 28, 2011 and will feature many of her award winning paintings.

Quintus has been involved in the local area art field for many years as well as exhibiting in various shows and exhibits in Montana.  Mary continues to be a regular participant in the Custer County Art Center at Miles City as well as a regular exhibiter at the Mandan Art Association Gallery in Mandan.  Her works have won numerous awards including people’s choice awards and have also been selected for several juried art shows.

An open house reception will be held on Saturday, October 1 from noon to 4:00 pm.  This event and the exhibit are open to the public with free admission.

This exhibit is sponsored in part by the North Dakota Council on the Arts, which is the state agency responsible for the support and development of the arts throughout North Dakota, and is funded by the state legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts.  This exhibit is also sponsored in part by grants from MDU Resources Foundation and the Mandan Progress Organization.
